This is the place to order Ontario's best tasting grass fed and dry-aged beef right from the farm. Really. Typical grass-fed beef is often dry and rather tough. Ours is entirely different because of how we raise our cattle, and we hand deliver on Manitoulin Island, and to Espanola and Sudbury.

You can really tell the difference between what we produce and the regular stuff. Made only with 100% pure grass-fed or extreme-aged beef that’s always frozen with hours after grinding. No fillers, no added water, no growth hormones and no antibiotic residues. Just good, honest grass-fed ground beef the way it used to be.

Want more beef and lower cost per pound? Want your beef cut and wrapped to your custom specifications? Sides or quarters of beef are the way to go. "Sides" are half an animal, and quarters are half of side. We offer both our grass-finished and 60-day extreme aged grain-finished beef at a better prices by the side or quarter because of the larger volume.
All prices listed below are per pound, including cutting and wrapping. About 30% to 35% of overall weight is lost due to trimming and bones removed, depending on how you want your beef cut. Bottom line: For a side you’re looking at roughly 220-255 lbs. of wrapped meat, with a total price of around $1920–$2210 for grass fed beef; roughly $1590–$1840 for our extreme aged.

Want lots of beef and a lower per pound cost, but don't have the space for a full side? Quarters are the way to go. We can offer both our grass-finished and extreme aged beef at a better prices by the quarter because of the larger volume.

Quarters usually work out to around 105–125 lbs. of meat after cutting and wrapping, with a price range of $850–$980 for extreme aged beef, or roughly $1015–$1170 for grass fed (depending on the size of the particular animal).
