The perfect choice for the BBQ. Steaks may include New York striploin, tenderloin, rib steak, sirloin tip, eye of round medallions plus ground beef. Some steaks can go right on the grill and other cuts are best marinated. 70% of each grilling box is steaks and 30% ground beef to make your own patties. You can really tell the difference between what we produce and the regular stuff. Made only with 100% pure grass-fed or traditional grain-fed beef that’s always frozen with hours after grinding. No fillers, no added water, no growth hormones and no antibiotic residues. Just ground beef.

Pure Island Beef "By The Side"
Want more beef and lower cost per pound? Want your beef cut and wrapped to your custom specifications? Sides or quarters of beef are the way to go. "Sides" are half an animal, and quarters are half of side. We offer both our traditional beef and our grass-finished beef at a better prices by the side or quarter because of the larger volume.
All prices listed below are per pound carcass weight, including cutting and wrapping. About 30% to 40% of overall weight is lost due to dry-aging, trimming and deboning, depending on how you want your beef cut. So, your take home beef weight will differ from the carcass weight.

Want lots of beef and a lower per pound cost, but don't have the space for a full side? Quarters are the way to go. We can offer both our grass-finished and traditional beef at a better prices by the quarter because of the larger volume.
